We offer separate suites with your own separate entrance. We have office suites ranging from three-room suites that are about 600 square foot to five-room office suites that are about 1500 square feet.  Our office space is $1,500 a month to $5,000 a month. You have your own separate HVAC, electric, bath, internet, and all other utilities.

Delaware Executive Suites:

We have many single room executive suites that are $500 a month. We offer a conference room, copier, scanner, and other support services. You have your own direct line internet on your own network. We can provide clerical services for $60 an hour, if needed.

Delaware Virtual Office:

We offer Delaware virtual office services for $50 a month. You use a shared office space and conference room space when needed and have one of the most prestigious addresses in Dover.

Delaware Board room and Conference room rental:

We offer our premium board room to law firms wishing to have a comfortable temporary home to litigate in the Chancery Court.
